Approved the Staff Recommendation(5-0): Motion by Alexander,Second by Stewart.The vote reflected unanimous approval. 7. Approve Purchase and Sale Agreement for the Purchase of Two Vacant Parcels - Assessor Parcel Numbers 910-262-009 and 910-262-010 Recommendation: That the City Council and Board of Directors take the following actions: 1. Adopt a resolution entitled: RESOLUTION NO. 2021-07 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT ENTITLED PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT AND JOINT ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS BETWEEN THE CITY OF TEMECULA, AS BUYER, AND HOFF INVESTMENTS, L.P. AND PMD INVESTMENTS, L.P. AS SELLERS (APNS 910-262-009 AND 910-262-010) 2. Appropriate $1,669,794 from the 2017B Housing Bond proceeds to the French Valley Parkway/I-15, Phase III Capital Project; and 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve and execute all necessary documents, including those in substantially the form attached to the Agenda Report, and take all necessary actions to effectuate the purchase of Assessor's Parcel Numbers 910-262-009 and 910-262-010.
