SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
OLD TOWN TEMECULA LOCAL REVIEW BOARD

Public Discussion (3 minute limit per speaker)
Ed Dool - Discussed the proposed conceptual site plan for the Old Town
Entertainment Project.
John McKusker - Discussed his concerns regarding the access points as shown on the
proposed conceptual site plan for the Old Town Entertainment Project.
Old Business
a. Old Town Pots and Things
Staff reviewed the history of the project to this point with the Board.
The applicant made a presentation to the Board giving an overview of the project.
Mary Davis expressed her concern with the project blocking the stairway of her
building to the west and people parking in front of the new business.
Ed Dool expressed his concern regarding conditions for sidewalk improvements.
John McKnsker discussed his concern regarding the setback requirement of the fence.
Greg Davis expressed his concern regarding the design of the project not being
consistent with the Old Town Specific Plan and concern with the project blocking the
stairway of the building to the west.
The Board approved the project (3-0-2, BH/DND
b. Penfold's Patio Cover
Jody from Bob's Canvas provided the Board with an overview of the project. The
Board stated that the project was in a unique location and the approval of the project
would not be precedence setting. The Board approved the project (3-0-2, BH/DM)
