City Clerk June Greek swore in new Board Member Denny Mighell
New Business
a. Demolition of 28545 Pujol Street
Authorized the demolition of the property after staff attempted to contact local
housing agencies to remove the structures. (DM/BG 5-0)
b. Penfold Patio Awning
Continued to 7-18-96
Old Business
a. 6th Street Parking Lot
Staff presented the color and material board for the restrooms. The Board
recomended that woven metal screens be used on the windows as opposed to welded,
to increase the gage of the memtal, and to remove the Old Town Logo from the roof
of the building. No vote take
