SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
OLD TOWN TEMECULA LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
June 17, 1996 · 9:00 A.M.

1. Public Discussion (3 minute limit per speaker)
2. New Business
a. Old Town Entertainment Project
Tom Shimmin, Project Manager presented conceptual elevations and site plan
of the project. Mr. Shimmin stated that the Board would review detailed
plans at a later date. The Board discussed the importance and level of detail
needed fnr the elevation facing the freeway, their concern regarding parking
both on and off site, and the use of parking for existing Old Town Merchants.
The Board also stated their general approval of "Fort Temecula" rather than
the missinn style architecture for the hotel. No action was taken by the Board.
b. Mad Madeline's Expansion
Board approved the expansion of the porch. Board advised applicant to
receive appropriate encroachment permits. (3-0, BH\BM)
