Meeting called to order ~ 9:09 by R Gorhaa{Markham late.}
l. Public discussion-none.
2. Approval of minutes.
Minutes of regular- meeting 2/12/96 approved
Gotham/Morris/unanimous(Markham absent).
Minutes of special meeting 2/27/96 approved Morris/Barker/3-O
Gotham did not attendJMarkham late.
3. New Business-none.
4. Old Bus/ness-none.
5. Staff approvals-none.
6. Board discussion.
Larry Markham requested another look at the plans for Lickety-split
(ice cream par]~or on Main St.) as front of building did not appear
to match approved plans. Plan did match-review hoard missed true
nature of fz~nt elevation porch cover. Meeting moved to site for
further discussion. Board agreed that "mass" of roof gable design
was out of ~:cale with building, but overall design was an
improvement on former building elevation. Note to be more careful
during scrutiny in the future.
R. Lord submitted resignation from board effective May 1, 2996. Craig Ruiz to
keep notes/minutes for April meeting pending appointaent/reappointment of
members for next board.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 AM.
