b. B. Morris discussed People USA
c. Board directed staff to send a follow-up letter to Mad Madelines about the
repainting of the rear of the building and the boat storage.
d. Janet Rock of the OTSMA discussed new businesses in Old Town.
e. Staff member Meyer updated the Board on the 6th Street improvements.
f. Board discussed how trash barrels could be secured in a more sightly fashion.
Staff is meeting the janitorial service to discuss options.
