2. M~tion to r. equsmt .that staff change specific plan to
incorporate lightstandards/lights and supports selected by board
(specific)plan-Lord/Gotham/unanimous.
3. Walk through old town to review sign element of specific plan
ordinance. Board and staff agreed to amend specific plan to
accommodate certain sign changes to enhance the vistas of old town
while allowing for. proper signage ~or buildings built before
specific plan adoption. Ordinance change to be reviewed when
drafted.
