HomeMy WebLinkAbout081502 DH MinutesMINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DIRECTOR OF PLANNING August 15, 2002 A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday, August 15, 2002, at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. Principal Planner, Don Hazen presiding. Also present was, Associate Planner, Rick Rush, and Minute Clerk, Kelly Mclntyre. Principal Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at 1:30 PM. Item No. 1: Planninq Application No. PA01-0553, request to subdivide approximately 81.3 acres of undeveloped land into 14 retail/commemial lots totaling 13.35 acres and three remainder parcels. Principal Planner Don Hazen stated that there is a request for this project to be continued to August 29, 2002. Principal Planner Don Hazen agreed to continue this project to August 29, 2002. Item No. 2: Planninq Application No. PA99-03931 Planninq Application requestin.q an Extension of Time for Tentative Parcel Map 28049 (one pamel condominium subdivision of 3.73-acres. Associate Planner Rick Rush presented the staff report and a brief overview of the project. Principal Planner Don Hazen opened the public hearing at 1:33 PM. The applicant was not present. Jim Mashburn, 7145 Via Mariposa, Bonsall, CA 92003, was present to find out what, if any, cost he would incur due to this project. Principal Planner Don Hazen stated that the builder would be responsible for the cost incurred at this time. Principal Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:37 PM.
