COMMITTEE BUSINESS
1. Continue Discussion of Framework for Economic Development Strategy and Economic
Development Incentives
Staff presented draft Economic Development Strategy and Economic Development Incentives
for Luxury Automobile Dealerships, Luxury Hotels, and Food Retail Entertainment to Support
High Quality of Life (FRESH Incentive). The Committee recommended approval and to bring
package for the entire City Council consideration on October 9, 2018.
