CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
11 Approve the Action Minutes of September 11, 2018 - Approved Staff Recommendation
(5-0); Motion by Rahn, Second by Edwards; and electronic vote reflected approval
by Edwards, Naggar, Rahn, Stewart and Comerchero.
RECOMMENDATION:
11.1 That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of September 11, 2018.
12 Approve a Transfer of $6.000 from the Old Town Temecula Communitv Theater's
Operating Budget to the Facility Replacement Fund to Cover Balance of Audio
Replacement Cost - Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0); Motion by Rahn, Second
by Edwards; and electronic vote reflected approval by Edwards, Naggar, Rahn
Stewart and Comerchero.
RECOMMENDATION:
12.1 That the Board of Directors approve the transfer of $6,000 from the Old Town
Temecula Community Theater's operating budget to the Facility Replacement
Fund to cover the balance of audio replacement cost.

At 7:45 PM, the Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to Tuesday,
