DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
June 6, 2002
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday,
June 6, 2002, at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner, Don Hazen presiding.
Aisc present was Minute Clerk, Lisa Kau.
Senior Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at 1:29 PM.
Item No. 1: Planninq Application No. PA01-0196 for the co-location of wireless antennas on
an existinq approved mono-pine. A new Verizon Wireless 11'6"x20'0"x10'0"
radio equipment shelter to match the approved Nextel radio equipment shelter.
Includinq a new masonry wall with wrouqht iron fence on top to match the
approved Nextel proiect.
Project Planner Rolfe Preisendanz presented the staff report. Senior Planner Don Hazen
opened the public hearing at 1:31 PM. The applicant, Mr. Jeremy Siegel, representing Verizon
Wireless, 4300 Latham Street, Suite 103, Riverside, CA, agreed to the conditions of approval.
Senior Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:34 PM.
Senior Planner Don Hazen approved PA01-0196 subject to the conditions of approval, and
adjourned the meeting at 1:35 PM.
