MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING
May 2, 2002
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday,
May 2, 2002 at 1 :30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business Park
Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner, Don.Hazen presiding.
Also present was Minute Clerk, Lisa Kau.
Senior Planner, Don Hazen called the rneeting to order at 1 :31 PM.
Item No.1: Planninq Application No. PA01-0019 (Minor Conditional Use Permit) Application
to collocate a wireless PCS antenna on an existinq monopine structure. with a
new unmanned wireless cornmunications equipment substation at the rnonopine
base.
Project Planner Michael McCoy presented the staff report. Senior Planner Don Hazen opened
the public hearing at 1 :35 PM. The applicant, Mr. Jeremy Siegel, representing Verizon
Wireless, 4300 Latham Street, Suite 103, Riverside, CA, agreed to the conditions of approval.
Senior Planner Don Hazen added a condition to the conditions of approval under 'Prior to
Issuance of Building Permit', number eighteen (18), stating 'An exact color sample shall be
approved by the Planning Department prior to the issuance of building permits.' Senior Planner
Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:43 PM.
Senior Planner Don Hazen approved PA01-0019 subject to the conditions of approval, including
the added condition.
