A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director of Planning was called to order on Thursday,
April 11, 2002 at 1:30 PM, at the City of Temecula Main Conference Room, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Senior Planner, Don Hazen presiding.
Also present was Minute Clerk, Lesa Riddle
Senior Planner, Don Hazen called the meeting to order at 1:31 PM.
Item No. 1:
Planninq APl31ication No. PA01-0620 (Development Plans for Product Review) for two
detached sinqle-familv homes totalinq 2,709 & 2,655 scluare feet respectivelv
Senior Planner Don Hazen presented the staff report. Don Hazen opened the public hearing at
1:32 PM.
The applicant, Mr. Ron Hungate, 28751 Rancho California Road, #104, Temecula, CA agreed
to comply with the conditions of approval
Senior Planner Don Hazen closed the public hearing at 1:34 PM.
Senior Planner Don Hazen approved the project with the findings as noted in the staff report
and the project is categorically exempt from CEQA and the conditions as drafted in the staff
report.
