A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Community Services District was called to order at 7:29
P.M., at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. President
Stone presiding.

Also present were Assistant General Manager O'Grady, City Attorney Thorson, and City Clerk Jones.

CONSENT CALENDAR

RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the minutes of June 26, 2001.
2 Financial Statements for the nine months ended March 31,2001
RECOMMENDATION:
2.1 Receive and file the Financial Statements for the nine months ended
March 31,2001.

3 Arts Council Communitv Grant Aqreement
RECOMMENDATION:
3.1 Approve the Community Grant Agreement between the Temecula Community
Services District (TCSD) and the Arts Council of Temecula Valley in the amount of
$40,000.
MOTION: Director Naggar moved to approve Consent Calendar Item Nos. 1-3. The motion was
seconded by Director Comerchero and voice vote reflected unanimous approval.
