8 Approve the Action Minutes of November 14. 2017 -Approved Staff Recommendation
(4-0, Nagger Absent); Motion by Rahn, Second by Stewart; and electronic vote
reflected approval by Edwards, Rahn, Stewart and Comerchero with Naggar absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
8.1 That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of November 14, 2017.
