ROLL CALL: DIRECTORS: Comerchero, Naggar, Rahn, Stewart (Absent), Edwards
SARDA CONSENT CALENDAR
12 Receive and File Financial Statements for the 4th Quarter Ended June 30, 2017 -
Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0, Stewart Absent); Motion by Comerchero,
Second by Rahn; and electronic vote reflected approval by Comerchero, Naggar,
Rahn, and Edwards with Stewart absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
12.1 That the Board of Directors receive and file the Financial Statements for the 4th
Quarter Ended June 30, 2017.
