TITLE: Planning Commission DEPT HD ' HTG: 6/4/90 Meeting Date, Time and Place CITY ATTY~ DEPT: cc CITY HGR RECOMMENDATION Adopt a resolution setting the date, time and location for the Temecula Planning Commission meetings. BACKGROUND: The City Code (Ordinance No. 90-02) requires that the City Council establish meeting schedules for each commission by resolution. The appropriate resolution has been prepared for your action. JSG RESOLUTION NO. 90- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA SETtING THE DATE, TIME AND LOCATION OF PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS. The City Council of the City of Temecula does resolve, determine and order as follows: WHEREAS, The City Council adopted Ordinance No. 90-02, establishing the Temecula Municipal Code on February 13, 1990, and WltEREAS, Title 2, Section 2.06.080, requires the City Council shall establish meeting schedules for each commission by resolution. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Temecula; Section 1: That the Temecula Planning Commission will meet regularly on the first and third Monday of each month. Regular meetings shall commence at 6:00 PM and adjourn at 10:00 PM, subject to an adopted motion to extend the meeting. Section 2: Regular meetings will be held at the Vail School, 29915 Mira Loma Drive, Temecula. If a regular meeting falls on a holiday, the regular meeting shall be held on the next business day. (Gov. Code Section 36808.) Section 3: The City Council may, by resolution, designate another date, time and location for a meeting Section 4: The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this resolution.
