CONSENT CALENDAR
Action Minutes of March 26. 2015 — Approved staff recommendation (4 -1 -0) with a
motion made by Commissioner Youmans and seconded by Commissioner Hagel.
Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter, Coram, Hagel, and
Youmans. Commissioner Richardson abstained.
RECOMMENDATION:
1.1 Approve the Action Minutes of March 26, 2015.
COMMISSION BUSINESS
2. Status Update and Review of the Uptown Jefferson Specific Plan — Report
received and filed.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public /Traffic Safety Commission:
2.1 Receive and file the report.
(Commissioner Youmans excused himself and left the meeting due to a family
conflict).
Proposed Capital Improvement Program — Fiscal Years 2016 -2020— Reviewed
and discussed.
RECOMMENDATION:
That the Public /Traffic Safety Commission:
3.1 Review and discuss the proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Circulation
and Infrastructure Projects for Fiscal Years 2016 -2020.
4. Request for Parking Restriction — Via Dos Picos — Motion made by Commissioner
Carter and seconded by Commissioner Hagel to implement a parking restriction as
stated below. Individual voice vote reflected approval by Commissioners Carter,
Coram, Hagel and Richardson. Commissioner Youmans was absent. Vote passed 4-
0-1.
That the Public/Traffic Safety Commission:
4.1 Provide further direction to Staff regarding implementation of a parking restriction on
Via Dos Picos from 11 PM to 6 AM.

ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 8:34 PM with a motion from Commissioner Carter and a second
from Commissioner Richardson. The motion passed 4 -0 -1.
The next regular meeting of the City of Temecula Public /Traffic Safety Commission will be
held on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at Temecula Civic Center, City Council
Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
