32 Approve the Action Minutes of June 9. 2015 - Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0)
Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by Director Rahn; and
electronic vote reflected approval by Directors Comerchero, McCracken, Naggar,
Rahn and Edwards.
RECOMMENDATION:
' 32.1 That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of June 9, 2015.
33 Receive and File Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter Ended March 31. 2015 —
