The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:42 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: President Chuck Washington
ROLL CALL: DIRECTORS: Comerchero, Edwards, Naggar, Rahn, Washington
CSD PUBLIC COMMENTS (none)
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
14 Approve the Action Minutes of February 10, 2015 - Approved Staff Recommendation
(5-0) Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by Director Comerchero;
and electronic vote reflected approval by Directors Comerchero, Edwards,
Naggar, Rahn and Washington.
RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of February 10, 2015.
15 Approve Fiscal Year 2014-15 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments - Approved Staff
Recommendation (5-0) Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by
Director Comerchero; and electronic vote reflected approval by Directors
Comerchero, Edwards, Naggar, Rahn and Washington.
RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 That the Board of Directors adopt a resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. CSD 15-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY
OF TEMECULA AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2014-15
ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGETS
CSD DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES REPORT
CSD GENERAL MANAGER REPORT
CSD BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORTS

CSD ADJOURNMENT
I At 7:47 P.M., the Community Services District was formally adjourned to Tuesday, March 10,
2015, at 5:30 PM, for a Closed Session, with regular session commencing at 7:00 PM, City
Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
