CALL TO ORDER: Vice President Washington
ROLL CALL: DIRECTORS: Edwards, Naggar, Roberts, Washington,
Comerchero (absent)
CSD PUBLIC COMMENTS (None)
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
15 Approve the Action Minutes of October 28, 2014 — Approved Staff Recommendation
(4 -0, Director Comerchero absent) Director Roberts made the motion; it was
seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote reflected approval by
Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts and Washington with Director Comerchero
absent.
' RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 That the Board of Directors approve the action minutes of October 28, 2014.

16 Approve a Lease to Own and Installation & Storage Aareement with Dekra -Lite. Inc. for
Old Town Temecula Holiday Lighting and Decor — Approved Staff Recommendation
(4 -0, Director Comerchero absent) Director Roberts made the motion; it was
seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote reflected approval by
Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts and Washington with Director Comerchero
absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
16.1 That the Board of Directors approve a five -year Lease to Own and Installation &
Storage Agreement with Dekra -Lite, Inc. for Old Town Temecula Holiday
Lighting and Decor in the amount of $89,144.71.
