The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:47 P.M.

• Rhonda Reinke addressed the District on Item 15.
14 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Washington
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Naggar; and electronic vote
reflected approval by Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts, Washington and
Comerchero.
' RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 Approve the action minutes of July 22, 2014.
15 Sponsorship Agreement with Safe Alternatives for Everyone, Inc. (S.A.F.E.) —
Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Washington made the motion; it
was seconded by Director Naggar; and electronic vote reflected approval by
Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts, Washington and Comerchero.
RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 That the Board of Directors approve the Sponsorship Agreement with Safe
Alternatives for Everyone, Inc., in the amount of $10,000 cash and approximately
$1,200 of in-kind facility rental fees, so that S.A.F.E. can provide our community
with quality services for children, youth, and families who have experienced or
are at risk of abuse and violence.
