The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:44 P.M.

13 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1, Director Comerchero
absent) Director Washington made the motion; it was seconded by Director
Roberts; and electronic vote reflected approval by Directors Edwards, Naggar,
Roberts and Washington with Director Comerchero absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
13.1 Approve the action minutes of May 13, 2014.
14 Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter Ended March 31, 2014 — Approved Staff
Recommendation (4 -0 -1, Director Comerchero absent) Director Washington made
the motion; it was seconded by Director Roberts; and electronic vote reflected
approval by Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts and Washington with Director
Comerchero absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 Receive and file the Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter Ended March 31,
2014;
14.2 Approve an appropriation of $1,665.00 for Salaries and Wages in the Intern
Fellowship Fund budget and a corresponding increase in Operating Transfers In
to reflect additional funding transferred from the General Fund.

15 Amendments to Annual Agreements for various services required by the Parks
' Maintenance and Facility Maintenance Divisions for Fiscal Year 2014 -15 — Approved
Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1, Director Comerchero absent) Director Washington
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Roberts; and electronic vote
reflected approval by Directors Edwards, Naggar, Roberts and Washington with
Director Comerchero absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 That the Board of Directors approve the following Amendments to Annual
Agreements, in the amounts stated for Fiscal Year 2014 -15, for routine and
emergency services for various parks maintenance and facility maintenance
needs.
