TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT MEETING
The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:19 P.M.

6 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1, Director Washington
absent) Director Edwards made the motion; it was seconded by Director Roberts;
and electronic vote reflected approval by Directors Comerchero, Naggar, Roberts,
' and Edwards with Council Member Washington absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
6.1 Approve the action minutes of March 25, 2014.
SponsorshiD Agreement with the American Cancer Society. Inc. for Promotional
Services for Relay of Life (at the request of Council Member Washington) — Approved
Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1, Director Washington absent) Director Edwards
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Roberts; and electronic vote
reflected approval by Directors Comerchero, Naggar, Roberts, and Edwards with
Council Member Washington absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
7.1 That the Board of Directors approve the Sponsorship Agreement with the
American Cancer Society, Inc., for in -kind promotional services, valued at
$13,530 for the Relay For Life event to be held on May 17, 2014 at Temecula
Valley High School.

2014, at 5:30 PM, for a Closed Session, with regular session commencing at 7:00 PM., City
