CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
14 Action Minutes —Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1, Director Roberts absent)
Director Edwards made the motion; it was seconded by Director Washington; and
electronic vote reflected approval with one absence.
RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 Approve the action minutes of April 23, 2013.
