CALL TO ORDER: Patrick Richardson, Director of Community Development
PUBLIC COMMENTS
A total of 15 minutes is provided so members of the public can address the Director of
Community Development on items that are not listed on the Agenda. Speakers are limited
to three (3) minutes each. If you desire to speak to the Director about an item not listed on
the Agenda, a white "Request to Speak" form should be filled out and filed with the
Director.

Dear Mr. Richardson,
As a business and co- tenant of the property located at 26090, Ynez Road. We are in support of Crossroads
Church obtaining a C.U.P.
Reliant Foodservice has been operating from this facility since June of 2012 and since Crossroads Church
moved into this building in December of 2012, we have not experienced any issues or negative impact to
our daily operations. Crossroads Church is a cooperative and a great neighbor overall and I believe not
upgrading the T.U.P. to a C.U.P. would be a disservice to our fine city.
As a local business owner and strong proponent of serving the communities in which we live and work,
Crossroads Church has and continues to benefit our local community. Crossroads serves the city of
Temecula and the surrounding valley through different events and programs that meet the various needs of
people within our community.

Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for the opportunity to share FFF Enterprises' experiences with our neighbor,
Crossroads Church. FFF Enterprises is located at 41093 County Center Drive at the corner
of Ynez and County Center Drive in the building directly south of Crossroads Church.
We have witnessed the improvements Crossroads has made to their facilities with
appreciation for the overall aesthetic and update to the business park in general.
On several occasions Crossroads Church has generously offered meeting space and use of
their parking lot when our needs overflowed. FFF has been happy to reciprocate with extra
parking - for Crossroads Church during Sunday services and evening events.
FFF has had more direct interaction with Crossroads Church than any other business
neighbor. and we are pleased to have not just a considerate and conscientious neighbor but
good friends as well.
