SARDA CONSENT CALENDAR
22 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Comerchero
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
22.1 Approve the action minutes of October 9, 2012.
23 Financial Statements for the Three Months Ended September 30, 2012 — Approved
Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Comerchero made the motion; it was
seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote reflected unanimous ,
approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
23.1 Receive and file the Financial Statements for the Three Months Ended
September 30, 2012.
