None.
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
7 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (3-0-2, President Comerchero
and Director Roberts absent) Director Washington made the motion; it was
seconded by Director Naggar; and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval,
with President Comerchero and Director Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
7.1 Approve the action minutes of November 13, 2012.
