None.
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
11 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1, with Director Roberts
absent) Director Edwards made the motion; it was seconded by Director
Washington; and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval, with Director
Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
11.1 Approve the action minutes of March 27, 2012.
