10 Action Minutes — Approved staff recommendation (3-0-2, Directors Naggar and
Roberts absent) Director Washington made the motion; it was seconded by
Director Edwards; and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval with
Directors Naggar and Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
10.1 Approve the action minutes of February 28, 2012.

At 8:09 P.M., the Temecula Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to
