CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
16 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) — Director Comerchero
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
16.1 Approve the action minutes of January 10, 2012.
