RECOMMENDATION:
16:1 _ Approve the action minutes of September 27; 2011.
17 Amendment of 2011-12 Affordable Housinq (165), Redevelopmenf Fund (280), and
RDA Debt Service (380 Budgets - Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1) Agency
Member Washington made the motion; it was seconded by Agency Member .
Comerchero and electronic vote reflecfed approval with the exception of Agency
Member Edwards who was absent
RECOMMENDATION:
17.1 Reduce the fiscal year 2011-12 Redevelopment Fund (280) Annual Ope�ating
Budget appropriatiqns by $518;000;
17.2_ Increase the fiscal year 2011-12_Affordable Housing Fund (165) Annual
Operating Budget appropriations by $4,430,560;
17.3 Approve a reduction of $363,402 in the RDA Debt Service Fund (380) which
includes a reduction in the appropriation for Operating Transfers Out of $761,690
and an offsetting $761,690 decrease for Operating Transfers In to the
Redevelopment Fund (280)•

18 Approve a Transfer Aqreement pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 34194.2
providinq for the transfer.of funds from the Aqencv fo the Citv of Temecula forthe City's
pavment of_the annual remittances to the State under the Alternative Voluntarv .

18:1 Adopt a resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 11-11
A RESOLUTION OF REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF :
TEMECULA; CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AND.APPROVING THE
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF A TRANSFER AGREEMENT PURSUANT .
TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 34194.2 AND TAKING CERTAIN
OTHER ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH
18.2 That the Agency autFiorize the transfer of tax increment funds to the City for
reimbursement of the January 15, 2012 AltematiVe Volunta .ry Redevelopment
Program payment.
