15. Action Minufes - Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1) Director.Naggar made
the motion; it was seconded by Director Washington; and electronic vote
reflected approval with the exception of Director Edwards who was absent
RECOMMENDATION:
15:1 Approye the action minutes of September 27, 2011.

commencing at 7:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California. .
