TEMECULA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING
The Temecula Redevelopment Agency Meeting convened at 7:14 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Person Mike Naggar
ROLL CALL: AGENCY MEMBERS: Comerchero, Edwards, Washington, Roberts,
Naggar
Absent: Comerchero

RDA CONSENT CALENDAR
12 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1) Agency Member
Washington made the motion; it was seconded by Agency Member Roberts and
electronic vote reflected unanimous approval, with the exception of Agency
Member Comerchero, who was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
12.1 Approve the action minutes of August 9, 2011.
13 Resolution and Enforceable Obliqations Pavment Schedule required under AB X1 26
and AB X1 27 - Approved Staff Recommendation (4-0-1) Agency Member
Washington made the motion; it was seconded by Agency Member Roberts and
electronic vote reflected unanimous approval, with the exception of Agency
Member Comerchero, who was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
13.1 Adopt a resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. RDA 11-09
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF
TEMECULA ADOPTING AN ENFORCEABLE OBLIGATION PAYMENT
SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO PART 1.8 OF DIVISION 24 OF THE
CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE AND TAKING CERTAIN
ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH

14 Tenant Relocation Plan for the Portola Terrace Affordable Housinq Development
located at 28673, 28681, and 28701 Puiol Street - Approved Staff Recommendation
(4-0-1) Agency Member Washington made the motion; it was seconded by
Agency Member Roberts and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval, with
the exception of Agency Member Comerchero, who was absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 Approve the Tenant Relocation Plan (Plan) for the Portola Terrace Affordable
Housing Development.

At 7:15 P.M., the Redevelopment Agency meeting was formally adjourned to Tuesday,

PM, City Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
