The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:50 P.M.
CALL TO ORDER: President Jeff Comerchero
ROLL CALL: DIRECTORS: Edwards, Naggar, Roberts, Washington, Comerchero

CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
12 Action Minutes — Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Washington
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Edwards; and electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
12.1 Approve the action minutes of June 28, 2011.
13 Annual Tree Trimminq and Maintenance Services — Approved Staff
� Recommendation (5-0-0) Director Washington made the motion; it was seconded
by Director Edwards; and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
13.1 Approve the Agreement with West Coast Arborists, Inc. in the amount of
$435,000 annually, plus a 10% contingency in the amount of $43,500 for tree
trimming and maintenance services for fiscal years 2011-12 and 2012-13.

7:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 41000 Main Street, Temecula, California.
