A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF
THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING THE
HARVESTON CENTER SCHEDULE OF USER FEES
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES
DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. This resolution is adopted in recognition of the following facts and
circumstances:
A. The Temecula Community Services District desires to provide rental
opportunities at the Harveston Center located at 40135 Village Road in the Harveston
Development.
1. The Harveston Center will be available to rent by the public on .
certain days.
2. The intended use of the Harveston Center is to provide a premier
location for parties, weddings and other types of gatherings.
B. It is necessary to establish rental fees that will defray all costs associated
with providing the required staffing, utility costs, maintenance and other expenses for
rental services at the Harveston Center.
Section 2. The Harveston Center Schedule of User Fees, attached hereto as
Exhibit "B", is hereby adopted.
Section 3. The Board of Directors of the Temecula Community Services
District authorizes the Director of Community Services to modify user fees, as needed,
in order to provide adequate revenue to cover rental expenses.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the
Resolution with fee schedule effective June 14, 2011.

PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Temecula
Community Services District of the City of Temecula this 14 day of June, 2011.

Schedule of User Fees
Facility User Group Classification:
Priority of groups desiring to utilize The Harveston Center will be based upon the following:
Grou Qualif in Or anization
Group I City of Temecula
Group II Non-Profit Organizations
Group III Temecula Residents or Temecula Based Businesses
Group N Non-Resident Individual or Businesses; all Commercial Events
Harveston Center Rental Fees:
The following fees will apply for all approved rentals of The Harveston Center. The City
Manager or his/her designee has the authority to waive such fees on an individual basis.
User Group Rental Minimum Security Room
Fee Rental Time Deposit Set-up
Group I No Fee N/A N/A N/A
Group II $25/hour 3 Hours $200 $50
Group III $50/hour 3 Hours $200 $50
Group N $70/hour 3 Hours $200 $50
All User Groups may be charged staff time at a rate of $12/hour.
