CSD 11-04 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA APPROVING THE CIVIC CENTER CONFRERENCE CENTER SCHEDULE OF USERFEES THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. This resolution is adopted in recognition of the following facts and circumstances: A. The Temecula Community Services District desires to provide rental opportunities at the Conference Center located at the Civic Center in Old Town Temecula. The intended use of the Conference Center is to provide a formal location for: 1. Official meetings and events either sponsored or co-sponsored by the City of Temecula. 2. Local non-profit meetings or events that have a civic benefit. 3. Official activities of other governmental agencies. 4. Professional meetings conducted by approved user groups referred to as "micro-conference" that will further economic development. B. It is necessary to establish fees that will defray all costs associated with providing the required staffing, utility costs, maintenance and other expenses for rental � services at the Conference Center. Section 2. The Conference Center Schedule of User Fees, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", is hereby adopted. Section 3. The Board of Directors of the Temecula Community Services District authorizes the Director of Community Services to modify user fees, as needed, in order to provide adequate revenue to cover rental costs. Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of the Resolution with fee schedule effective June 14, 2011. Conference Center Rental Fees: The following fees will apply for all approved rentals of The Conference Center. The City Manager or his/her designee has the authority to waive such fees on an individual basis.
