RDA CONSENT CALENDAR
14 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Agency Member Edwards
made the motion; it was seconded by Agency Member Washington and electronic
vote reflected unanimous approval
RECOMMENDATION:
14.1 Approve the action minutes of May 10, 2011.
15 Financial Statements for the Nine Months Ended March 31, 2011 - Approved Staff �
Recommendation (5-0-0) Agency Member Edwards made the motion; it was
seconded by Agency Member Washington and electronic vote reflected
unanimous approval
RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 Receive and file the Financial Statements for the Nine Months Ended March 31,
2011.
16 Aareement between Melodv's Ad Works and the Redevelopment Aqency for FY 2011-
12 - Approved Staff Recommendation (5-0-0) Agency Member Edwards made the
motion; it was seconded by Agency Member Washington and electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval
RECOMMENDATION:
16.1 Approve an agreement with Melody's Ad Works, Inc. in the amount of $39,700
for promoting and marketing Special Events in Old Town for FY 2011-12.
