RESOLUTION NO. 11-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE PUBLIC/TRAFFIC SAFETY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA AMENDING
THE TIME LIMIT FROM TWO (2) MINUTES TO THREE (3)
MINUTES FOR SPEAKERS UNDER PUBLIC COMMENTS
THE PUBLIC/TRAFFIC SAFETY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Public Comment portion of the Agenda is hereby amended to read
as follows:
A total of 15 minutes is provided so members of the public can address the
Commission on items that are not listed on the Agenda. Speakers are limited to
three (3) minutes each. If you desire to speak to the Commission about an item not
listed on the Agenda, a yellow "Request to Speak" form should be filled out and
filed with the Commission Secretary.
When you are called to speak, please come forward and state your name and _
address
For all other agenda items, a"Request to Speak" form must be filed with the
Recording Secretary before the Commission gets to that item. There is a three (3)
minute time limit for individual speakers.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the Public/Traffic Safety Commission of the
City of Temecula this 28 day of April, 2011.
