DISTRICT FINANCING AUTHORITY
HELD DECEMBER 10, 1996
A regular meeting of the Old Town/Westside Community Facilities District Financing
Authority was called to order at 7:27 PM at the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California. Vice Chairperson Karel Lindemans presiding.
PRESENT: 3 AGENCY MEMBERS: Ford, Lindemans, Stone
ABSENT: 2 AGENCY MEMBERS: Birdsall, Roberts
Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, Authority General Counsel Peter
Thorson and Authority Secretary June S. Greek.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None given.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Agency Member Stone, seconded by Agency Member Ford, to approve
Consent Calendar Item No. 1 as follows:
1 Minutes
1.1 Approve the minutes of November 26, 1996.
The motion was unanimously carried with Board Member Roberts and Chairperson
Birdsall absent.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Agency Member Stone, seconded by Agency Member Ford, to adjourn at
7:27 PM to a meeting on December 17, 1996, 7:00 PM, City Council Chambers, 43200
Business Park Drive, Temecula, California. The motion was unanimously carried.
