HELD APRIL 9, 1996
A regular meeting of the Old Town Westside Community Facilities District Financing
Authority was called to order at 8:16 P.M. at the Community Recreation Center, 30875
Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California. Chairperson Patricia H. Birdsall presiding.
PRESENT:3 BOARD MEMBERS: Ford, Roberts, Lindemans
ABSENT:2 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Stone
Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, City Attorney Peter Thorson and
Authority Secretary June S. Greek.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None given.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Board Member Ford, seconded by Board Member Lindemans to approve
Consent Calendar Item No. 1.
1.Minutes
1.1 Approve the minutes of March 26, 1996.
The motion carried as follows:
AYES: 2 BOARD MEMBERS: Ford, Lindemans
NOES: 0 BOARD MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: 2 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Stone
ABSTAIN: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Roberts

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Board Member Roberts, seconded by Board Member Ford to adjourn at
8:17 PM to a meeting on April 23, 1996, 7:00 PM, Community Recreation Center, 30875
Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California. The motion was unanimously carried with
Chairperson Birdsall and Board Member Stone absent.
