The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 8:09 PM.
CALL TO ORDER: President Chuck Washington

CSD PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
16 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (5 -0 -0) — Director Naggar made
the motion; it was seconded by Director Edwards and electronic vote reflected
unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
16.1 Approve the action minutes of June 22, 2010.
17 Third Amendment to the Roof Preventive Maintenance Services Agreement with
Tremco/Weatherproofinq Technologies, Inc. for Fiscal Year 2010 -2011 - Approved
Staff Recommendation (5 -0 -0) — Director Naggar made the motion; it was
seconded by Director Edwards and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval.
RECOMMENDATION:
17.1 Approve the Third Amendment with Tremco/Weatherproofing Technologies, Inc.
for $27,416 to provide preventive roof maintenance services at the various
locations and extend the Agreement to June 30, 2011.

At 8:11 P.M., the Temecula Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to
Tuesday, July 27, 2010; at 5:30 PM., for a Closed Session, with regular session commencing at
7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
