HELD OCTOBER 17, 1995
A regular meeting of the Old Town Westside Community Facilities District Financing
Authority was called to order at 8:1 3 PM at the Community Recreation Center, 30875
Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California. Chairperson Patricia H. Birdsall presiding.
PRESENT: 4 BOARD MEMBERS: Lindemans, Parks, Roberts, Stone, Birdsall
ABSENT: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Parks
Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, City Attorney Peter Thorson and
City Clerk June S. Greek.
PUBLIC COMMENTS
None given.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Member Stone announced a conflict of interest based on property ownership in Old
Town.

1.1 Approve the minutes of October 10, 1 995.
It was moved by Board Member Roberts, seconded by Board Member Lindemans to
approve the minutes of October 10, 1 995.
The motion was carried as follows:
AYES: 3 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Lindemans, Roberts
NOES: 0 BOARD MEMBERS: None
ABSENT: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Parks
ABSTAIN: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Stone

ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Board Member Roberts, seconded by Board Member Lindemans to
adjourn at 8:14 PM to a meeting on November 14, 1 995, 7:00 PM, Community Recreation
Center, 30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California. The motion was unanimously
carried with Board Member Parks absent.
