Mayor Jeffrey E. Stone presiding. PRESENT: 4 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Lindemans, Roberts, Stone ABSENT: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Parks Also present were Executive Director Ronald E. Bradley, City Attorney Peter M. Thorson and City Clerk June S. Greek. PUBLIC COMMENTS None g;lven. CONSENT CALENDAR Mayor Jeffrey E. Stone announced a conflict of interest and presented the gavel to Authority Member Karel Lindemans. It was moved by Board Member Roberts, seconded by Board Member Lindemans to approve Consent Calendar Item No. 1. The motion carried as follows: AYES: 3 BOARD MEMBERS: Birdsall, Lindemans, Roberts NOES: 0 BOARD MEMBERS: None ABSENT: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Parks ABSTAIN: 1 BOARD MEMBERS: Stone 1 . Minutes 1.1 Approve the minutes of September 1 2, 1995. AUTHORITY BUSINESS 2.Election of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson It was moved by Board Member Lindemans, seconded by Board Member Roberts to have terms of office run through the end of the calendar year 1995. The motion was unanimously carried with Board Member Parks absent and Board Member Stone abstaining. The motion was unanimously carried with Board Member Parks absent and Board Member Stone abstaining. ADJOURNMENT It was moved by Board Member Roberts, seconded by Board Member Lindemans to adjourn at 8:00 PM to a meeting on October 10, 1995, 7:00 PM, Community Recreation Center, 30875 Rancho Vista Road, Temecula, California.
