TEMECULA COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT MEETING
The Temecula Community Services District Meeting convened at 7:26 PM.
CALL TO ORDER: President Chuck Washington
ROLL CALL: DIRECTORS: Comerchero, Edwards, Naggar, Roberts, Washington

CSD PUBLIC COMMENTS
There were no public comments.
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
15 Action Minutes Approved Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1) — Director Naggar made
the motion; it was seconded by Director Comerchero and electronic vote reflected
unanimous approval of those present with Director Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
15.1 Approve the action minutes of March 23, 2010.
16 TCSD Proposed Rates and Charges for FY 2010 -2011 Approved Staff
Recommendation (4 -0 -1) — Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by
Director Comerchero and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval of those
present with Director Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
16.1 Adopt a resolution entitled:
RESOLUTION NO. CSD 10 -02
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TEMECULA
COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
ACKNOWLEDGING THE FILING OF A REPORT WITH RESPECT TO THE
PROPOSED RATES AND CHARGES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2010 -2011 AND
SETTING A TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH

17 4th of July Fireworks Presentation Approved Staff Recommendation (4 -0 -1) —
Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by Director Comerchero and
electronic vote reflected unanimous approval of those present with Director
Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
17.1 Approve a five -year Agreement between the City of Temecula and Pyro
Spectaculars, Inc. to provide fireworks presentations in an amount not to exceed
$34,500 annually, plus a 10% contingency.
18 Community Services Guide to Leisure Activities Brochure Approved Staff
Recommendation (4 -0 -1) — Director Naggar made the motion; it was seconded by
Director Comerchero and electronic vote reflected unanimous approval of those
present with Director Roberts absent.
RECOMMENDATION:
18.1 Award a contract to San Dieguito Printers for the printing services necessary to
produce six (6) issues of the Guide to Leisure Activities Brochures over a three
(3) year period. The cost of printing the brochure is $30,260 annually, plus a
contingency of 10% or $3,026 annually.

At 7:29 P.M., the Temecula Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to
Tuesday, April 27, 2010, at 5:30 PM., for a Closed Session, with regular session commencing at
7:00 P.M., in the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
