There were no public comments.
CSD CONSENT CALENDAR
8 Action Minutes - Approved Staff Recommendation (5 -0-0) — Director Edwards
made the motion; it was seconded by Director Comerchero and electronic vote
reflected unanimous approval
' RECOMMENDATION:
8.1 Approve the action minutes of January 26, 2010.
9 Fourth Amendment to the Temecula Valley Museum, Inc. License Agreement -
Approved Staff Recommendation (5 -0 -0) — Director Edwards made the motion; it
was seconded by Director Comerchero and electronic vote reflected unanimous
approval
RECOMMENDATION:
9.1 Approve the Fourth Amendment to the Temecula Valley Museum, Inc., License
Agreement to extend the term.
