AUGUST 12, 2008
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Community Services District was called to order at
8:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: 4 DIRECTORS: Edwards, Naggar, Washington,
Comerchero
ABSENT: 1 DIRECTORS: Roberts
Also present were City Manager Nelson, City Attorney Thorson, and City Clerk Jones.

CSD CONSENT CALENDAR

' RECOMMENDATION:
19.1 Approve the minutes of July 22, 2008.
MOTION: Director Edwards moved to approve the Consent Calendar. Director Naggar
seconded the motion and electronic vote reflected approval with the exception of Director
Roberts who was absent.
CSD DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY SERVICES REPORT
No reports at this time.
CSD GENERAL MANAGERS REPORT
No reports at this time.
CSD BOARD OF DIRECTORS REPORTS
Director Naggar relayed his enthusiasm with the attendance of the Summer Sunset Film and
Concert Series.

At 8:01 p.m., the Temecula Community Services District meeting was formally adjourned to
Tuesday, August 26, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. for a Closed Session with regular session commencing
at 7:00 p.m., City Council Chambers, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California.
