General: This sign program is unique to this automobile enterprise. This Is a Single
owner and Multiple dealerships.
Sign Configurations: This sign program encompasses the below defined sign
categories.
Building signs, brand- These are the main dealership brand signs identifying the brand
names available at the facility, i.e.,"Pontiac,Buick, GMC, Service and Logo's.
Freestanding Sign, Monument-This sign is the primary advertising identification sign

3. Stainless Steel cabinet on a steel structure,with Stucco coating to match architectural
features and color's of building,with the monument base surrounded with flowering
perennials. 225 feet separate monuments.
4. Size 6' 4 9/16"X 6' 4 9/16"I.D. sign. 88.65 sq. ft. including base.
5. Size 4' 4 9/16"X 4' 4 9/16"Certified Used Vehicles sign. 34 sq. ft. including base.
Sign Installation:
1. Letters to be affixed to the building with concealed plated fasteners.
2. All building penetrations are to be sealed to prohibit water intrusion.
3. Signs shall conceal all necessary wiring, transformers, ballasts, starters and other
necessary equipment within their individual letters or behind the building
construction.
NOTE: All signs will adhere to the regulations of the City of Temecula building codes
and will not be installed until the City of Temecula has issued a sign permit.
Sign Locations:
Exhibit defines sign locations.
"Free standing signs shall be located outside the right-of-way, at a minimum setback of 5
feet from property line, or 17 feet from face of curb, whichever is less."
"Free standing signs shall be located outside the 10 foot driveway cutback for site
visibility purposes."
