MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING
OF THE CITY OF TEMECULA
DIRECTOR'S HEARING
OCTOBER 19, 2006,
A regular meeting of the City of Temecula Director's Hearing was called to order on Thursday,
October 19, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. in the Main Conference Room, located at 43200 Business Park
Drive Temecula, California. Principal Planner Stephen Brown presiding.
Also present was, Senior Planner Stuart Fisk, Junior Planner Betsy Lowrey, Management
Analyst Don Hillberg, and Office Specialist Kathy Simpkins.
Item No.1: Planninq Acclication PA06-0095 a Tentative Parcel Mac to subdivide a 0.23 acre
residential gareel into two sinale-family residential careels with a minimum' lot
size of 3.657 sauare feet. located at 28731 Puiol Street.
Principal Planner Stephen Brown convened the meeting at 1 :35 pm.
Senior Planner Fisk gave an overview of the project with staff recommendations. Staff has
reviewed the project and has found no major concerns. The project property is owed by the city
and Redevelopment Management Analyst Don Hillberg stated that the city has received and
reviewed the Conditions of Approval and is in agreement. Staff has recommended the approval
of this project.
As there was no opposition Principal Planner Brown closed the Public Hearing and approved
Planning Application No. PA06-0095 subject to the Conditions of Approval.
Thereby being no further business, hearing was adjourned at 1 :40 p.m.
