LOCAL REVIEW BOARD
APRIL 11, 2005
CALL TO ORDER
The Old Town Temecula Local Review Board convened in a regular meeting at 9:03 a.m., on
Monday, April 11, 2005, in the Main Conference Room, of Temecula City Hall, 43200 Business
Park Drive, Temecula, California.
ROLL CALL

Board Members Harker, Haserot, Moore, and Chairman Blair.
Absent:
Allen.

2.2 Approve the Minutes of December 20, 2004.
2.3 Approve the Minutes of February 14, 2005.

MOTION: Board Member Moore moved to approve the Consent Calendar. Board Member
Haserot seconded the motion and voice vote reflected aDDroval with the exception of Board
Member Allen who was absent.

DIRECTOR OF REDEVELOPMENT REPORT
Director of Redevelopment Meyer distributed service pins to the Board.
CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT
No Code Enforcement report at this time.
BOARD MEMBER REPORT
None at this time.
DIRECTOR OF PLANNING REPORT
.. Introduction of and discussion with Architectural Consultant Roger Cantrell.
Via overheads, Mr. Cantrell provided a presentation to the Board.
. Introduction of and discussion with Landscape Plan Check and Inspection Consultant Mike
Elliott.
Landscape Consultant Elliott, provided a presentation for the Board.
ADJOURNMENT
At 10:14 a.m., Chairman Blair formally adjourned this meeting to Mav 9.2005. at 9:00 a.m. in
the Main Conference Room, City Hall, 43200 Business Park Drive, Temecula, California 92590.
